Microbrasserie Le Presbytère

Brewery

About

Located in the Mauricie region, in the village of St-Stanislas, Microbrasserie Le Presbytère is a uniquely charming establishment where visitors are invited to come and experience Quebec's terroir while eating, drinking and sleeping!

The 250-liter brewing equipment, located upstairs, allows you to create special seasonal brews based on the regional products that inspire you. It's possible to accompany him during his production periods and become an assistant-brewer for the day, a unique experience for discovering the secrets of craft beer making. You can even create a beer to your own taste! Imagine having a beer named after you!

Benefiting from close proximity to agri-food producers and gatherers of mushrooms, spices and wild fruits, chef Isabelle Dupuis of the Microbrasserie restaurant shares her passion for local cuisine. The restaurant's specialty is forest edibles. And just across the street from the Microbrasserie is the Auberge du Presbytère, with its historically decorated rooms.
