Have you ever wondered how you can get fresh cheese curds "fromage en grain" in Alberta? Since 2016, Old School Cheesery converted a Quonset into their cheesery. They purchase their cow milk through Alberta Milk, supporting local dairy producers. The milk is all pasteurized in their own facility, and once the process is complete, their team handcrafts it into artisan cheese. Personalized tours are available for individuals and groups, providing a unique experience into the world of cheese!
