Food Trail

About

Alberta on the Plate is a province-wide celebration of the incredible bounty grown and produced across our beautiful province. Each year during Local Food Week in August, AOTP hosts a province-wide Dine Around where participating restaurants offer multi-course, fixed price menus highlighting local producers, growers, distillers and brewers. These restaurants range from casual to fine dining and everything in between. Each menu has recommended local pairings to be sure you get the perfect match for your meal

About Alberta

Welcome to Alberta, where the bold, the adventurous and the free-spirited come to play.

Alberta is home to North America’s largest mountain range. It’s where dinosaurs once roamed and where dense forests make way to open prairies. You can swim in jewel-coloured lakes, walk across glaciers and climb frozen waterfalls. If you have a Wild Side, you’ll feel right at home here.
