Thatcher Farms is a first generation, traditional, family-owned farm, raising livestock and many beautiful acres of crops on the property. It is also home to Thatcher Farms' Butcher Shop, Bakery and Farm Market, all on the site of the farm. Located just north of Rockwook, off of the Fifth Line, Thatcher Farms offers a Fun Farmyard for the kids to play and seasonally available are strawberry pick-your-own, corn maze and pumpkin patch.

Le bœuf canadien est élevé avec fierté et soin dans chaque province du pays. Il y a 60 000 fermes et ranchs qui élèvent du bovin de boucherie au Canada. Aujourd’hui encore, on peut observer ces élevages en se promenant dans la campagne. Les bovins passent la majeure partie de leur vie dans les pâturages et maintiennent ainsi 68 % de la capacité d’habitat de la faune provenant des terres agricoles du Canada.
