    Cambium Cider Co is home to contemporary farm-to-table dining and refreshing craft ciders pressed with apples from the orchard surrounding the restaurant. The newly opened restaurant has a wood fired grill for specialty pizza during the day and farm-to-table menu for dinner. Just outside Vernon are two other cideries worth mentioning, Farmstrong Cider Company in Armstrong to the north and Tony’s Craft Cidery in Lavington to the east.  Just south of Vernon is the Scenic Sip collection of wineries in Lake Country.
