About
The Southern Interior Ale Trail is all about pairing your favourite activities with a well-earned pint. From Merritt to Kamloops, across Salmon Arm and down to Vernon, each community offers its own take on craft beer inspired by the landscapes around it.
Start in Merritt, nestled in the Nicola Valley where “all roads lead,” then head north to Kamloops, where rolling hills and sagebrush set the stage for both outdoor adventure and family fun.
Follow the Trans-Canada east to Salmon Arm on the shores of Shuswap Lake and finish in Vernon, a small city bursting with things to see, do and taste.
Wherever your travels take you, expect friendly breweries ready to welcome you with a pint that reflects the spirit of the Southern Interior.
