Scoopsies founders, Kathryn & Seymour, envisioned and created a very cute location, complete with a brick-laden storefront, ice-cream parlour interiour, pink walls and a neon sign with an important message we can all relate to.
Oh, we also forgot to mention they have a Zoltar.
