Kind Ice Cream

Kind Ice Cream is a beloved, women-led, and community-driven ice cream shop in Edmonton, Alberta. Founded in 2019 by Paula Shyba, Nicole Bhar, and Candyce Morris, the shop was born from a desire to create a welcoming neighbourhood space that brings people together over exceptional ice cream. 

Since its inception, Kind Ice Cream has expanded to three locations across the city:
