This small chef owned restaurant serves gorgeous contemporary Canadian cuisine with authentic Edmonton hospitality. Although it opened five years ago it remains one of the best restaurants in Edmonton and continues to win awards in the city. With a small seasonal menu, every plate is an adventure. Dishes feel familiar, but with twists that are so delightful. 

Expect delightful surprises on the menu, such as a steak tartare enhanced with ramps and spring peas. Guests are encouraged to trust the guidance of their servers, with recommendations like the grilled asparagus, which is elevated by an unforgettable smoked almond aioli. The bar program is equally refined, offering inventive cocktails, a curated selection of wine and beer, and a thoughtful range of non-alcoholic options that are every bit as appealing.
